KPI / Performance Monitoring Technology
A negative trend that only shows up in the annual report already cost you a year. GSS builds the technology that surfaces it while there's still time to act.
A performance model is only as good as its data pipeline
Track, Trend, Measure, Improve works as a management model regardless of how the data gets collected. In practice, though, most of it breaks down at collection. Indicators pulled together manually from logs, incident reports, and spreadsheets arrive late, arrive inconsistently, and arrive too aggregated to show a negative trend before it's already an event.
GSS builds the technology layer underneath that model. Automated KPI capture draws directly from the systems already generating the data, such as access control, alarm management, training records, and incident logs, rather than a manual reporting cycle bolted on after the fact. Leading and lagging indicators are captured separately, on a cadence tight enough that decline is visible while it's still a trend and not yet a finding.
The output is built to be read, not just stored, with dashboards structured around defined Best-in-Class benchmarks, so a metric's meaning is immediately clear against baseline and target rather than requiring a separate analysis step every reporting cycle.
